Shipping policy
Shipping
We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $300, upgrade to express for $5 at the checkout. All orders under $300 will incur a $10 shipping charge. All orders are shipped within 24 hours unless the item is purchased as a pre order, pre orders are posted on the release date.
Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are not eligible for refunds. Sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Sale Returns
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, send an email to admin@astille-designs.com.au .
Return Shipping
To return your product, you should email admin@astille-designs.com.au and we will get in tocuh with a suitable return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
